What do you love about working in Kinapse?
I love the culture, the people, variety of work and our clients. I think Kinapse is the best place to work and it all comes down to the people. We have such a talented and positive team who are committed to do their best and add value to our clients.
What has made you proud in your career?
I am very proud of the work that we do to help in bringing medicines faster to the market and making a difference to the quality of life of patients. I am particularly passionate about the clinical trial disclosure area and how it has evolved at Kinapse, which is a market leader in disclosure. Clinical trial disclosure regulations have made possible sharing of clinical trial data by the sponsors thereby creating more transparency. It has made possible access to research data to the public thereby increasing trust and positively impacting people’s lives.
Where were you before?
I started my career in pharmaceutical industry 18 years ago after completing my Ph.D in Microbiology. I worked as a research scientist in a global pharmaceutical before moving to a service industry.
What’s your favourite book?
The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.
Why did you choose to work in the life sciences industry?
I have always wanted to make a difference in people’s life and thought what could be a better way than being associated with life sciences industry that helps in bringing medicines to patients. Through the life sciences industry, we are making a positive difference to people’s lives which makes our work worthwhile. This passion for making a difference to patients and help transform health experiences is very close to my heart.
