In the future, the time machine. In the past, the aeroplane.
What trend do you see shaping the industry?
Digitisation is currently a major trend in pharmaceutical organisations.
It means that, like all other sectors, technology is evolving really fast to automate the processes in Healthcare.
I think our clients need to take a step back and, instead of being reactive to changes, come up with a holistic digital strategy that is aligned to their vision and objectives.
What has made you proud in your career?
I can honestly say that I’ve enjoyed every project that I have worked on. Every one of them has been special in its own way. For me though, it’s not what I do that makes me proud, it’s the result: It’s the value we bring to our clients.
Where were you before?
I joined Kinapse as an Analyst in 2012. I was as a graduate, fresh from university and Kinapse gave me a platform to grow and improve my skillset.
Our values are one of the big reasons I’ve enjoyed working here since then. They make this company the workplace of choice, not just for me, but for so many of our team around the world.
Why did you choose to work in the life sciences industry?
I chose to work here so I could do my bit for the industry, trying to make life better for patients.
