One global community, one passion
Kinapse has been a multi-national company since 2005, but that hasn’t stopped us from maintaining one big community.
In 2005, two experienced life sciences consultants founded Kinapse. They envisioned a pharmaceutical consultancy organisation built on the foundations of deep industry expertise and held together by the mortar of strong community values. That vision is as important to us now as it was then.
Each of our teams in Europe, India and the USA are essential to the success we’ve achieved today. We employ more than 650 employees around the globe, and strong communication platforms and programmes keep us thriving.
We run All Hands meetings every quarter to keep everyone connected with our progress and our ambitions. We publish newsletters to circulate updates about the industry and our people. We run a Kinapse Employee Engagement Programme, which organises events to improve our knowledge and education, our health and wellbeing, and our work satisfaction. It’s never easy to connect a worldwide team, and we work hard to achieve it.
We have a team of colleagues who work out of UK offices daily. We also have team members across Europe who work remotely and visit on occasion to hot desk. It’s a blend of flexibility and community that makes everyone happy.
In India, we’ve created close families in both of our offices. We work closely together, we take breaks together and every day we eat together. We’re a collegiate community who make our two sites feel like home and that’s what makes our community so special.
We’re independent, self-starting, motivated people in the USA. We have the ability to come together when we need to, but a lot of the time we work remotely and take advantage of collaboration tools to stay connected across the country.
